This Privacy Policy explains how MagicAI, the service available at https://ai.zoomnearby.com and through its mobile application, handles information when you create an account, use AI tools, save documents or connect external services. For privacy questions and requests, contact support@zoomnearby.com.
1. Information handled by the service
- Account information: your name, email address, profile information, authentication details, preferences and support correspondence.
- Workspace content: prompts, messages, generated results, documents, uploaded images, recordings, files, projects and information you choose to place in enabled CRM or automation tools.
- Connected-account information: account identifiers, permissions and access credentials needed for integrations you authorize, and the content needed to perform the actions you request.
- Billing and usage: your plan, payment status, transaction references, invoices, credit balances and records of feature usage. Payment processors handle payment information according to their own practices.
- Technical information: IP address, browser or app information, device or installation identifiers, session information, error records and security logs. Licensing checks can include the application identifier, service domain and an installation identifier.
2. How information is used
We use information to create and authenticate accounts, deliver requested AI results, store and retrieve your work, operate enabled integrations, schedule authorized actions, manage subscriptions and credits, answer support requests, protect accounts, investigate misuse and maintain service reliability.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performing our agreement with you, your consent, legal obligations or legitimate interests such as security and operating the service. The appropriate basis depends on the activity and the law that applies to you.
3. AI providers and generated content
To complete an AI request, the service sends the content needed for that request to the configured AI provider. This can include your prompt, selected document text, conversation context or an uploaded file. The provider used depends on the available tool, your selection and the service configuration.
Providers have their own processing, retention and data-use terms. Do not assume that every model or provider offers the same privacy settings. Avoid submitting passwords, secret keys, highly sensitive information or another person's confidential information without the necessary permission and an appropriate basis for processing it.
4. Google sign-in and other connected services
Google or another sign-in provider can share the profile and email information you authorize for account creation and authentication. Additional integrations can access information within the permissions you approve and send content to the destinations you select.
Use of information received through Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. Review requested permissions before connecting an integration. You can revoke access through the relevant provider's account settings and disconnect available integrations in your workspace. Revocation does not automatically erase information already saved or content already published.
5. When information is shared
Information can be processed by hosting and storage services, configured AI providers, payment processors, email or messaging infrastructure, licensing services and platforms you connect, as needed to provide the service or perform your authorized actions. A workspace or team administrator may have access appropriate to their role. Content you publish or share can be visible to its intended recipients or to the public.
Information may also be disclosed where legally required, to investigate fraud or security incidents, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Third-party services are responsible for their own privacy practices.
6. Cookies and device permissions
The website uses cookies and similar storage for sessions, authentication, security and preferences. Analytics or other optional website tools may be used where enabled, subject to applicable consent requirements. You can manage cookies through your browser and any available site controls, although blocking essential storage can prevent sign-in or other features from working.
The app can request access to selected photos, files, the camera or microphone when you use a feature that needs it. You can decline or change device permissions in system settings. Declining access can limit the related upload, camera or voice feature.
7. Retention, deletion and account closure
Information is retained as needed to provide your account and requested features, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by record type and by the third-party provider involved; this policy does not promise one deletion period for every system.
Use available document and account controls to manage your information, or email support@zoomnearby.com to request access or deletion. See the account deletion instructions for available methods. We may need to verify your identity. Backup, security or financial records may remain where required or permitted by law. Deleting an account does not remove content already published to an external platform or automatically cancel obligations handled by a third party.
8. Security and international processing
We use authentication, access controls and other safeguards intended to protect information. No online service or method of storage can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Our infrastructure and third-party providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable data-protection requirements and required transfer safeguards continue to apply.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. These rights can be subject to lawful limits. Contact support@zoomnearby.com with your request and the email address associated with your account. Do not send your password or authentication codes.
10. Children, updates and contact
The service is not directed at young children. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate.
We may update this policy as features and practices change. The date above identifies this version. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain consent for material changes. For privacy concerns, contact support@zoomnearby.com. Our Terms of Service also describe how the service may be used.
