Terms of Service

1. Your account and eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Keep your password, authentication codes, API credentials, and connected accounts secure. Tell us promptly at support@zoomnearby.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Available tools and access

MagicAI provides AI-assisted writing, chat, image, audio and video tools, document management, and enabled productivity, CRM, publishing and automation features. Availability depends on your plan, credits, administrator configuration, licensing, connected accounts and third-party services. A plan or license does not guarantee access to every model or integration.

3. Plans, credits, payments and cancellation

The price, billing period, included usage, renewal terms and any additional purchase conditions shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Some requests consume credits, including requests that generate an editing preview. Check the displayed limits before starting an operation.

You authorize the charges you approve at checkout. Manage available subscription options in your account or contact support for cancellation assistance. Cancelling renewal does not automatically reverse charges already incurred. Refunds and withdrawal rights are subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed for your purchase; these terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in material you submit. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit and display that material as needed to provide your requested features, operate your workspace and carry out actions you authorize. You must have permission to upload or process text, photographs, recordings, personal information, brands and other material belonging to someone else.

Use of generated output is subject to applicable law, third-party rights and the terms of the underlying AI provider. Output may resemble another user's output and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection. We do not guarantee exclusive rights in generated material.

5. Review AI output before use

AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased or inappropriate results. Review and verify output before publishing, relying on it or using it to make decisions about people. AI output is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your use of the output and for the content you publish.

6. Connected accounts, scheduling and automation

Connecting an external account authorizes the permissions you approve for that integration. Review the destination, recipients, content and timing of posts, messages and automated actions before enabling them. Use the service only for accounts you control or are authorized to manage, and comply with each platform's rules, consent requirements and anti-spam policies.

External platforms can change their APIs, revoke permissions or delay or reject a request. Scheduled delivery and uninterrupted integration access are not guaranteed. Disconnecting an account does not delete content already published on that platform; manage that content directly with the platform.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, spam, deceptive impersonation or infringement of another person's rights.
• Do not upload unlawful sexual content, exploitative content involving children, or material you are not authorized to process.
• Do not bypass authentication, licensing, subscription limits or safeguards, attack the service, or obtain another user's data without permission.
• Do not distribute malware, abuse external APIs or use automated actions without the necessary account-owner and recipient permissions.

8. Service software and third parties

The service software, branding and platform materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and applicable licenses. Your account gives you access to the service; it does not transfer ownership of the platform. Third-party AI providers, payment services and connected platforms may impose their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Availability, suspension and account closure

We may maintain, update or restrict features to protect the service, comply with law or address misuse. Where appropriate, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to contact support. You may stop using the service and request account deletion using the account controls or the account deletion instructions. Export information you need before closing your account.

10. Responsibility and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an availability basis without a promise that results will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. Responsibility for losses and any available remedies is determined by applicable law and the terms disclosed for your purchase. Nothing here excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Updates and contact
